The University of Illinois System is implementing two applications that will enhance our processes and efficiency around job descriptions, position reviews and an exciting new, modern platform that will host our vacancy postings, collect applications and be the administrative system to manage our hiring processes. 

JDXpert is a leading job description management product that has been on the market for over 10 years.  It is web based, which will units and employees to easily review, retrieve and acknowledge their job descriptions. 

Cornerstone OnDemand is an industry leading, mobile friendly, highly integrated applicant tracking system that will host a newly designed career site, where you will find our postings, information about why Illinois is a great place to work, with a more intuitive process for applicants.  On the administrative side, these two systems are linked and will provide numerous process enhancements, which in turn will result in process efficiency gains.
